great song. i think this song is about a girl who hurt this guy one time and he does it back to her when they get back together. but he didn't intentionally do it. he possibly did it because he listened to what his friends or family told him (possibly some ideas telling him she's going to hurt him again?). but after he breaks up with her, he realizes that she really does love him and she wants to be with him and that they are really made for each other and this song is about trying to get her back.

It should be now, not no. and it's about a girl who cheated on the dude and then he went and fucked another girl. all their friends think they're idiots to be with each other - it makes no sense, but it doesn't matter. they're in love. and she's the only girl he loves now at this point in time and he's gonna try his best to be better and make things work. he wants her back.

I agree that this song is about a girl hurting a guy that hurts a girl or whatever but the part 'We were made from each other, but grew up differently' it just makes me think of them as a brother and a sister, and that's why 'no one understands their love like they do'
