Q&A
Pazuzu for the Win Lyrics
What do I deserve?
We were two of a kind.
You can't help but feel emotionless
When you're the one standing,
Watching from the outside
I never had to care,
I never had to worry.
BUT I NEVER STOPPED TO THINK
I never stop thinking.
She knows so much.
I wish I could scoop up the ones I love.
And place them far away.
Certain songs ring aloud.
Make your mind wonder about better times.
Everyone come to one.
Everyone wants what no one gets.
And that's why they don't.
THEY WANT MORE
That's why the world may come to an end.
I will be the one sitting at the edge of the rock
WAITING TO BE INVITED IN

''I wish I could scoop up the ones I love and place them far away.''
My favorite iwabo line.
I think the song is about having friends/people you care about who self-inflict or are otherwise exposed to tons of hardship and drama and shit and you being the friend try to help but in the end its hard when you feel alienated from the drama and then at the end where it says
-"Make your mind wonder about better times. Everyone come to one. Everyone wants what no one gets. And that's why they don't. THEY WANT MORE. That's why the world may come to an end."
i think thats about how they are so self involved that they are never satisfied wiht the blessings they do have in their life and that they will eventually self-destruct yet despite all this you still feel like you want to be a part of it which is the last two lines
-"I will be the one sitting at the edge of the rock. WAITING TO BE INVITED IN"
you feel so alienated that you are willing to risk selfdestruction to maybe be able to help and feel a part of something
just what i think
