Mr. Mathers Lyrics
Mr. Mathers?
Mr. Mathers?
Mr. Mathers?
Mr. Mathers, can you hear my voice?
Okay, he's not responding
I'm gonna need an eighteen-gauge
Left A-C right away
B-P is ninety over twelve
Respiration's at eight
Okay, I'm tubing him
D-M-C, this is medic forty-one
Medic forty-one, this is D-M-C base, go ahead
He's cold
Spike him back and grab the back board
Okay, got it
On three
One, two, three
Let's move

I am having trouble interpreting two lines out of this skit. Happy to edit when someone can confirm the items in [...?]
[Male Medic] Mr. Mathers? Mr. Mathers! Mr. Mathers... Mr. Mathers can you hear my voice? OK, he's not responding. I'm gonna need an 18 gauge, left AC, right away.
[Female Medic] Uh, BP is 90 over palp, respirations at 8. OK, I'm tubing him.
[Male Medic] DMC this is medic 41.
[Voice over radio] Medic 41, this is DMC base, go ahead
[Female Medic] He's cold, spike a bag and grab the back board.
[Male Medic] OK, got it, on 3... 1, 2, 3 Hu-let's move...
Just a couple changes, but I'll explain them if you want. They're saying 'BP 90 over palp', which means he has a systolic blood pressure of 90, obtained by palpation, so they don't know the diastolic blood pressure. Blood pressure by palpation isn't as reliable as one obtained by using a stethoscope but it is fast.
And when they say 'he's cold, spike a bag and grab the back board', they're saying, get a bag of fluids ready and grab the back board to transport him to the ambulance on it.
I'm an EMT and this skit was done really, really well. It seriously gave me chills when I heard it.
