Its about his girlfriend, the chick who lead him on, who is obviously seeing another man, but at the same time he doesn't want to believe it is happening. And the main part of the song hes acknowledging that she's a cheater/liar, yet he still struggles with feelings for her and how it changed him. =)

pretty obviously about a catching his girlfriend cheating on him
as everyone has said, about catching a girl cheating on him. love the line "I told myself it was the jealousy that caught my distrust But I'm such a good pretender, i surrendered my doubts." its like he knew for a long time it was going on, but he just refused to let himself believe it.
I normally don't like it when they add studio effects to albums (like they do with the screams in this song) but i like how emery does it. Partially because its subtle, they do an excellent job with this song as usual. also love the piano in the background near the end. adds to the mood.
