i think that the third line is supposed to be "can you see me in the ICU" like a play on words with "i see you". it also fits with the lines that go after it in both verses. this song is clearly about someone who is dealing badly with a break up, and his girlfriend is already sleeping with someone else.

I love how direct this song is. Light on the metaphors, heavy on the awesome :) Only one question, who the potato would use any of the boys in this band to make someone jealous? They seem awesome.
