CanÂ´t belive nobody posted yet! Great song, excellent band I think the meaning is clear, a guy whoÂ´s breaking up with a girl, a nice girl but the doesnÂ´t love her, so he canÂ´t do anything but break up, even when theÂ´ve been together for a long time (I know that you were hearing wedding bells)

This song reminds me spandau balletÂ´s true, i donÂ´t know what u think

God, I had a buddy who used this song to break up with someone. Won him some major "you got a shit load of balls" points, I'll give him that. Also won him a beating from a pack of ravenous women. Though personally, if I were the lady I'd be laughing the entire time---pissed, but laughing.

Anyway, yes it is quite clear what this song is about. I love every bit of this song, but I gotta say, my favorite part has to be his little opening in the beginning, when he says: "You know baby, I know you think we can make it all work out, but I gotta tell it like it is, I don't wanna make this any harder than it needs to be, so don't cry." oh god, that's beautiful.
