This song is obviously about sex; Fitting my hand in your glove? There's also the "Adrenaline by Love" line. "Skin belongs to both" sounds like sex.
I'm guessing the dude had sex with a girl and shared an intimate moment with her but they later lost feelings for each other, causing a puncture wound for both of them.
