i can't believe there are barely any comments on this band yet! i jut discovered them on lastfm and am totally hooked...this song really relates to my current life situation too :(

I think this song is basically saying, she has all this potential, but needs someone to help her get motivated.

A bullet is strong, and can do a lot, but does't do much damage without a gun.

But is the potential really good? Some of the language (warning, set me loose, building up, the fact that she's portrayed as a bullet) kind of strike as negative to me.
