Well Cacie said in an interview this song is about how people don't care about things that actually matter; "And Oh my god I don't care about the car. And oh my god I don't care at all". This is symbolic of how all people care about in a car accident is the car whicih is very materialistic but what they should be caring about is the fact they survived and they're okay which is sensitive to Cacie becos her friend died in a car crash.

I'm pretty sure it's about being in love.

'saying oh my god I don't care about the car' = being oblivious/disinterested in the world around them; only having eyes for each other. really cute :)
