You could end everything right here,
Finish it off and disappear,
Isn't it great to have the choice,
Quiet it down and stop the noise,
We know those people tell you things,
Like what to say and what to think,
We know you're not needed for your mind,
Just for your money and your kind,
We know you're not wanted for your heart,
They knew it was black right from the start you could end everything right here.
Finish it off and disappear,
Isn't it great to have the choice,
Quiet it down and stop the noise,
We know those people tell you things,
Like what to say and what to think,
We know you're not needed for your mind,
Just for your money and your kind,
We know you're not wanted for your heart,
They knew it was black right from the start you could end everything right here.

A pretty straight forward song... Dealing with suicide and such.
Although the lines "We know you're not wanted for your heart. They knew it was black right from the start you could end everything right here", seems to scream paranoia to me.
How are we to assume that others are thinking this about ourselves? Maybe in the end, it's the people who want to commit suicide bringing some sort of justice to their action. I myself, have been thinking of such a thing, and although I'd probably never be able to go through with it, it still brings some sort of sweet pleasure to justify why you'd do such a thing.
