I always thought it said:

"I fell in love with where you were, But I know, I know it's just the sky. I don't know. Where will I go?"

Am I hearing things? The lyrics always sounded pretty clear to me... And I think they (the lyrics I'm hearing at least) make pretty good sense. I could be totally nuts though...

Side note, this song is beautiful. I can listen to it on repeat for hours and just let my mind drift.

I think this song is about god and losing faith. "I fell in love with where you were" or "I fell in love with your world" either way she's talking about heaven and god. "But I know it's just the sky"- she doesn't believe in god or heaven anymore "I don't know where will I go?" - she's lost now.

Alternatively this could be about someone she loved that passed away. She was in love with wherever they were but now they're gone (to heaven) it's just the sky and she doesn't know how to move on. This song is beautiful and tragic.

i think it sounds like: 'I fell in love with your world" and it makes sense cuz she's talking about a place: "but I know that's just a sky" "I don't know where I go"

I think it's about an ilusion with something that's not real... maybe a god or religion.

The lyrics remind me of Good Friday by CocoRosie:

"I once fell in love you Just because the sky turned from grey into blue."

I think the meaning is the same as that song, about growing up and not believing in the things you used to and how it sucks.
