You Raise Me Up Lyrics

When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary
When troubles come and my heart burdened be
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence
Until you come and sit awhile with me

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up, to more than I can be

There is no life - no life without its hunger;
Each restless heart beats so imperfectly;
But when you come and I am filled with wonder,
Sometimes, I think I glimpse eternity

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up, to more than I can be

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up, to more than I can be

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up, to more than I can be

You raise me up, to more than I can be

This song is so beatiful, I love it. Although I like the Japanese version of this song. Here's the link (http://atashi.wordpress.com/2007/06/20/romeo%C3%97juliet-opening-theme-inoriyou-raise-me-up/) -It's the Romeo X Juliet opening theme, and I love it. Somehow, this song reminds me of my boyfriend and how much he loves and cares about me. When I'm down, he "Raises me up to be more than I can be".
