as for what this song means, it means that Dick Valentine is cooler than most people I know and has fought in Sex Wars, which is very important for the continued safety of our nation and liberties.
Seriously, he is one of the funniest lyricists who isn't in a joke band. E6 rocks hard and Evil Cowards are great for dancing.
