I love this song so much... In my opinion, it's by far Anja's best song. It's such a perfect metaphor for a relationship that's dying. Whoever they may be; whether they are lovers, roomates, friends, family, etc. they are so sick of each other that the slightest thing one does rubs the other the wrong way. They are constantly walking on eggshells with each other and you can cut the tension with a knife.
