Fucking morons. He says "ran outta 'tude and my nose is a runnin" 'tude' is slang for Heroin (the song IS called drugs), and when you run out of smack your nose runs. Some of the above lyrics don't even make sense, it reads as though a Guatemalan immigrant transcribed them

I've always heard "blood on my key and my nose is a-runnin'" as the opening line, as in his nose is bleeding from doing too much blow off of the tip of his key. I think "bad attitude" is also probable.
I'm not sure if it's correct, but I sing the first line as "Just did a G, now my nose is a runnin'". As in "I just did a gram of coke and now my nose is running."

i really like this song a lot. i think i quoted the beginning a couple of times when i kinda liked some guys. ya know, like random little crush that meant nothing to me five seconds after i got over it. they turned out to be a lot more stupid than i am.

That Last line also seems to make him more self-centered in the end. Which could mean he doesn't understand why the girl wouldn't wanna hang out with a trashy guy like him. but idk
