Pretty clearly, in my mind, a song about a war coming close to home. Thunder with no rain (the sound of artillery) that breaks walls and window panes (doesn't take much to see images of Europe post-WWII). This is consistent with the aggressive feel of the rest of the album.
my interpretation was as follows: "i hear thunder but there's no rain" a man with a tormented head "this kind of thunder break walls and window pane" this man becomes destructive with the storm and starts breaking things around him

Wrong. He hears lightning and then sees thunder. The THUNDER DESTROYS him and breaks FAR WORSE than window panels and walls. This thunder is on a mission to destroy you. Keep on trying to convince yourself you have a chance to survive.

YOU HAVE NO PHYSICAL STRENGTH. You were too weak to even 'help' make one side of a bed or even have the capability of massaging shoulders. That was comical. I know in this very moment I can even beat you up, and both girls. Separately. The fact you think you can break a bone is hilarious!

I think you're reading too deeply into this one.
He's talking about the thunderous bass in this track (and in all of their albums).
Could be about their big speaker sound / live performances. Could also be about Revelations, nuclear war and other end-of-the-world stuff, since a lot of their lyrics have an apocalyptic theme (ref. background to Out Of Space, Fire, majority of Invaders Must Die).
