I agree with Karasu. He's tired of being oppressed, sick of the hurt. He sits there contemplating the sweet taste of the closure death will bring.
I think this song is possibly about how he is all alone, depressed, and the government is always watching him. He is tired of being depressed so tonight hes going to end the pain: "All pain undone, all pain is gone"
but, hes going out with a bang to try to destroy the authority since he is gonna die anyway "this is the day, the day i try. 'Cause this is the day, the day i die"
This is lyrically one of Combichrist's best, I think it's something to do with paranoia?
I've always thought this is about literally releasing all the pain at the time of your death and entering the complete and ultimate oblivion
