People get high on drugs (I'd say coke), put some psychedellic music on and the sunglasses just make the effect more wow, or at least they are convinced so. But I know lots of people wearing sunglasses and they are worn for "Keep track of the visions in my eyes" enhancing the effect of drugs...

Thats all it's about... as with any other techno song...
