I think this might be my favourite FR song.
It's short and totally understated, but that's what I love about it.

I take it it as -who's heart did you break (push down the stairs and kill). Just like she did to him previously, and now he wishes he was witness to the death of her new relationship/fling. His jealousy would be quenched from seeing that.

i think the song is about how you don't care what you do when you're together, you just want to be around that person that means everything to you. and perhaps even if you aren't everything to them.
man this makes songwriting look easy
