Quiet a lot of stuff going on but I generally I feel it's about disliking the way politicians/governments handle things and what 'plan' they have for society. But it deals with a lot more than that like whys is he part of it, and why does he/we let it happen.
Just to top it off they have a creeping in guitar solo at around 3mins, Fantastic stuff!
