Open Sky

Again I come to the land that was my own
I am quite surprised to see how much I’ve grown
I walk again on old familiar land
I come again and raise my hand
I’m here once again, I think I’ll stay
I’m here to restart and bring another day
I start again like a phoenix, I’m here again to try
I see a world before me, a world of open sky
I’m taking off once again, to bring life to my words
I’m going on to find the ones who maybe never heard
In like a lion, out like a lamb
I’ll tell you all if you only take my hand
So here I am, watch me now as I go on my quest
Nobody shall come with me but in the end that’s best
You say that I can’t do it, you’d like to see me try
I have a blank page before me and a world of open sky
This is my lot in life now, I shall not be a king
But I do not regret it now, this is my song to sing
I rise like the phoenix, across the air I fly
I have a new beginning and a world of open sky
This will be my story now, I shall wear no crown
Somehow I do not feel sad, somehow I don’t feel down
Everything is for us, it’s all for you and I
Time to take our place in a world of open sky
