Dallas Green isn't really one for cursing a ton in his songs. I'm pretty sure it's vicious, it does make more sense. And I don't think it's about an eating disorder. I think it's about what he mentions in the first verse; "This lack of faith in myself that's becoming my own personal hell." having faith in yourself and losing it, be it through your own psychological undoing, or having met someone.

with no one left to trust... And I think it is This shit's cold. But one of his best songs. Soo short and creative. He's a lyrical genius! He really is.
Im not sure what the song is about... But I think its about how he's with this person that's only make him worse. Like... leaving him on his own... maybe ignoring him. "Feeding all my loneliness" oh man! Who says that? Only a genius :)
It's obviously viscous ... besides the fact that it sounds more like it, it makes more sense too
I believe this song is about anorexia, or an eating disorder. If not, it sounds pretty close.
