Ultimate Stars Lyrics
The stars are finally out
There can be no doubt
A bomb has never sounded quite as sweet
We have been overrun by the gentrification
Of what were once majestic city streets
I waited at the place you said
The same old place we always met
I waited for an hour or two
Waiting on a mile-long fuse
Waiting for a sign from you
If I don't see you soon
If I don't see you soon
I don't know just what I'm gonna do
If I don't see you soon
If I don't see you soon
I'll have to find another game to lose
I waited for an hour or two
You always make me wait for you
There can be no doubt
A bomb has never sounded quite as sweet
We have been overrun by the gentrification
Of what were once majestic city streets
The same old place we always met
I waited for an hour or two
Waiting on a mile-long fuse
Waiting for a sign from you
If I don't see you soon
I don't know just what I'm gonna do
If I don't see you soon
If I don't see you soon
I'll have to find another game to lose
You always make me wait for you

I believe the third line is "Bauhaus never sounded quite as sweet", not "a bomb has never sounded quite as sweet"
it seems far more likely that SLGTM would reference a post-punk band than praise terrorism. I do think the fuse line is correct though.
On the lyric sheet it's the "a bomb" lyric, but I can definitely hear "Bauhaus" as well. It would make sense considering the Raincoats reference in "Meet Me By the Water".
