Check this out acoustically if you never have before, it's pretty fantastic.
I think it's more about being young and naive and not being prepared for or expecting the change that inevitably comes in all of our lives throughout the course of growing up, finding and losing love being one of them.
Do you know if there's an acoustic version of this somewhere? I have a friend who's learning this on acoustic guitar, but I want to hear a recording.
it's on youtube. google "tidal wave acoustic" - it's the first hit. or "tidal wave acoustic boulder" - that's the first and only time the band has played it acoustic, so far as i know.
I love the acoustic version on youtube better than the studio version. Brandon's voice in perfect in it, which really says a lot, considering it was live and without mic, the only support being Dave on guitar. It really blew me away the first time I saw it, and continues to everytime.<br /> One of my all time favorite performances ever.
