I have taken this song as being about when she found out her husband Harvy was having an affair with javine. and how she did very well not to slag him off bu she kept her head held high. even in interviews she never had a bad word to say about him, even when she found out javine was also pregnant. i think its an extremely powerful song, and i dont think in that position i would have been able to have such dignity.

This song means alot things to me cause it reminds me of my forbidden love. i cant say why its forbidden. if you change the lyrics to good for him bad for us. it fits in well with it. "Can't Forget to Breath slow..and composure is all about trying not to lose your carm and to keep on breathing before you lose it which is how i feel atm :)
