love this song and everything else on the ep. sooo good.
Sounds like a dude that likes a girl. He tries to tell her he's right for her, but she just plays with him. So he thinks of her like a symptom to a sickness that will hopefully fade.
I still haven't figured out what it's about. Definitely one of my favorite songs though.
