This song is pretty clear i think... but i think its about him loving a woman, and shes going to suffer in hell but "shes alive" so she can keep living or...trying. I love the line though "But i sincerely love you still, these things they are part of you" i lvoe that... cause she's horrible, but its her, like... theyre human traits, so he loves her anyways. Thats how i interpreted it anyways :P
