2 words: spiritual enlightment
I think it's the Alien's planet basically being destroyed as they come to inhabit ours, destroying humanity in the process. There also seems to be some more religious aspects in this album, however, like with the line "I am the suppressed darkness inside of you" when the aliens show up, they seem to have some divine purpose in their destruction of us.
Kind of a doomsday sort of thing.
I think it's about aliens trying to take over the world because their is being threatened and since humans aren't spiritually Enlightened we don't have a chance against them but we try to achieve Enlightenment but can't become Spiritually Enlightened because were all evil on the inside "I am the suppressed darkness inside of you"
