@ruanv was just listening to this and thinking about what it meant. It seems to just be about being in a relationship with someone that doesn't value her. She's been left at home (probably getting drunk based on the can't walk the line, can't see the time) while they're going out and doing whatever. Her identity has become about the relationship and not herself "I'm falling out of view, I'm sinking into you."

I think it has to do with issues at home, and her leaving it all behind..kinda like running away.
