A girl who has a boyfriend but likes this other guy who won't do anything with her because he knows that it's wrong. Maybe he used to like her but not any more (guess it's over due i'm over you)?
I love this song.. but I think it has a pretty general meaning.
I do think it is about a girl trying to run around... but the guy is catching on to her, to fast.. Not that he wouldn't like to maybe get something out of her, he just can't trust her. Therfore he got over her.
