In the night, I hear 'em talk
The coldest story ever told
Somewhere far along this road
He lost his soul to a woman so heartless (heartless)
How could you be so heartless? (Heartless)
Oh, how could you be so heartless?

How could you be so cold as the winter wind when it breeze, yo?
Just remember that you talkin' to me though
You know need to watch the way you talkin' to me, yo
I mean after all the things that we've been through
I mean after all the things we got into
Ayo, I know of some things that you ain't told me
Ayo, I did some things but that's the old me
And now you wanna get me back and you gon' show me
So you walk around like you don't know me
You got a new friend, well I got homies
But in the end it's still so lonely

In the night, I hear 'em talk
The coldest story ever told
Somewhere far along this road
He lost his soul to a woman so heartless (heartless)
How could you be so heartless? (Heartless)
Oh, how could you be so heartless?

How could you be so Dr.Evil?
You bringin' out a side of me that I don't know
I decided we weren't gon' speak so
Why we up three A.M. On the phone?
Why do she be so mad at me for?
Homie, I don't know, she's hot and cold
I won't stop, I won't mess my groove up
'Cause I already know how this thing go
You run and tell your friends that you're leaving me (hey)
They say that they don't see what you see in me (hey)
You wait a couple months then you gon' see (hey)
You'll never find nobody better than me

In the night, I hear 'em talk
The coldest story ever told
Somewhere far along this road
He lost his soul to a woman so heartless (heartless)
How could you be so heartless? (Heartless)
Oh, how could you be so heartless?

Talk and talk and talk and talk
Baby, let's just knock it off
They don't know what we been through
They don't know 'bout me and you
So I got something new to see
And you just gon' keep hatin' me
And we just gon' be enemies
I know you can't believe
I could just leave it wrong
And you can't make it right
I'm gon' take off tonight
Into the night

In the night, I hear 'em talk
The coldest story ever told
Somewhere far along this road
He lost his soul to a woman so heartless (heartless)
How could you be so heartless? (Heartless)
Oh, how could you be so heartless?

On and on and on and on and on and
And on and on and on, ohh
Ohh, ohh, ohh, whoa, oh

Lord forgive me, I'm not a fan but I was thinking about heartless people so it fit perfectly. It's so messed up when you think the world of someone. You admire them and see them in such a positive light but that turn out to be not a nice person. I realize there's a t in two but unless you murder or rape someone or do something so terrible that there would be any reason to treat someone so terribly. Especially when the person knows what's going on in your life. When you plea and beg for them to be there for you and be a friend but they're relentless in their retreat. How could someone so wonderful be so bad. How could they justify their actions or sleep at night? I'll never understand it. You were obviously wrong about them but to not have a heart is to not really have a purpose in life.

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
