i really love this song. i know if me and my ex best guy friend were still talking when me and my ex broke up, he would have been this way..
I think this song talks about a guy (Ne-Yo) who really likes this girl ("And, yes, I think You should come with me"), but she is still not over her ex. I think that he feels he's nothing to cry about and that she needs to move on, and if she wants to cry, he'd give her something to cry about (sun, rain).
He's also getting tired of waiting for her ("But, how much time are you gonna take? Too much would be a mistake")
