I agree. Kate Bush is a great lyricist but Ra Ra Riot really set the mood for the telling of this story.
Sacrilege. I happen to really love this version as well as Kate Bush's, but hers is so exotic and original. I think Ra Ra Riot dumb it down a bit - it isn't so challenging. I hate it when I read comments saying that this version is way better, it's really hard to beat an original (especially if the original was by Kate Bush).
Okay, supposing that all you've said is true...that Kate Bush is good and Ra Ra Riot also. I'd still like to know what the H Gaffa' is. I guess I'm the only tard who doesn't know.
It would be fun if it meant that she's suspended in gaffa-tape (duct-tape) I'm Swedish so....
This cover is way better than the original.
