Life Is Not A Waiting Room Lyrics
I stand alone on the verge of twenty four
I come undone, I'm left at shore
Everyone I know has a casket made
To plot things down, their roads are paved
Do I still have time to make mistakes?
Is this the point, will I bend or break
Am I too far gone to medicate
Is this a birth or is this a wake?
There was a part of me,
That I lost when i was seventeen
I can't get back
The innocence I gave to scenes
In between Jersey plays
Was just an act
I would slit my throat and blind me through my life
Desperate I emerge with two black eyes
At the mouth of a river people shit,
With concrete shoes, ready to jump in
Do I still have time to chase my dreams?
Or did that pass, sail out and leave?
Is there still room for me to grow?
Or is this few all that I know?
There was a part of me,
That I lost when I was seventeen
I cant get back
The innocence I gave to scenes
In between Jersey plays
Was just an act
Sometimes I want, to just give in
Accept the answers without a question
Its easier, I must confess
To treat this life like its a waiting room for death
How can I make sense of this mess?
I'll share my emptiness, with a glass
It's my best bet for happiness
There was a part of me,
That I lost when I was seventeen
I cant get back
The innocence I gave to scenes
In between Jersey plays
Was just an act
There was a part of me,
That I lost when I was seventeen
I cant get back
The innocence I gave to scenes

i know i definitely made some mistakes, ill edit when the lyrics come out
its not stolen at all. and the fact that you would even say that just proves how little your knowledge for music is. Yes the first 4 intro guitar notes in life is not a waiting room are similar to the constant riff in this weird as shit you posted but that could happen so easily just by chance. and just cause they sound similar doesnt mean they are even the same. you can produce those 4 notes numerous different ways with a guitar. the fact that you would accuse a band of theft over 4 notes is ridiculous.
great song. very catchy. well written.
and what the fuck is that weird as song that you posted that link for. if anyone honestly enjoys that video or anything like that there is something seriously wrong and fucked up in their head.
The second line is "I come unbound..." not "I come undone..."
And in the second verse I think it's "At the mouth of a river people sit"
Otherwise good work.
wow! great song. the song maybe be about: he ubdessive of wat he wants to do. he always looks at wat other ppl r doing n doesnt do wat he wants to. he questions himself n stuff. buddy needs to work out a few kinks in his life. the whole idea about not having a father really effects him.
@khearts ubdessive? What does that mean?

when he says theres a part of me i lost when i was 17 i think he talking about his virginity.
I don't mean for my first post on the site to be like this, but its nothing about losing his virginity. Life is not a waiting room means he isn't waiting around to die (to go to heaven). They are essentially calling religious folk ignorant.
