About getting high, I'm guessing by smoking weed given the reference to it being legal one day. Nice references to former Prime Ministers who didn't support the legalisation of cannabis.
I agree! It is about getting High to get over a girl,the Gestopo PM, and so you mellow out and don't end up in jail for killing someone! Great song with a traditional arrangement. The Wildhearts and getting High is a Great Combination!
