Oh my goodness, seriously why hasn't anyone commented on this song yet? It's got to be my favourite off of the album, 'Trouble is A Friend' as well. Absolutely beautiful song, very relatable!
lenka has a very beautiful voice so love songs suit her
I can relate to this song so much... I'm in love for the first time, and, I think it's really just the speaker saying that she'll love this person so much that she'll do anything for them, but she doesn't want them to hurt her. It's also a very simplistic love song, too, which I admire.

I sing this song for my bestfriend like ALL THE TIME! It's soo relatable.. and can be applied to any true and loving situation! =)
I think the song could be interpreted into two because of the word fall. Falling here could be pertaining to falling apart (failed relationship) or falling in love (you know what it means ^_^).
First is clearer, she's asking the other half to help her keep the relationship working because she can't do it alone.
Second, it's possible that she knows whom she'll end up with. She's giving promises to that person but at the same time asking him not to make her fall in love with him because she's not ready for a commitment yet.
Whatever the real meaning of this song is, one thing's common, she needs his help :)
Well, I think the song's about a girl who knows that she likes him, and he probably likes her back, but she is trying to make sure whether he is committed to her or not.
Anyways, lovely song. I first found it at a Star World Valentine's Day commercial, its title written in little transparent letters at the corners of the screen.
Such a beautiful song, like so much of Lenka’s music. I discovered Lenka just after I lost my dad unexpectedly, 7 months ago. Her music is really helping me through the most difficult time of my life. To me, this song speaks about fear of falling apart and needing to know that the person you love will be there to catch you/hold you if you do fall. That they’ll be there to hold your hand and gradually help you put yourself back together. It relates so much to my relationship with my husband at the moment - all my insecurities about being left alone again due to my mental health. I’m slowing beginning to trust that he will be there, but it’s hard. This song gives me hope.
