i feel like this has the same sort of meaning as fscene8 by the medic droid. it's about the scene. and how girls just loose themselves in the sex and drugs. they turn into hollow shells of themselves, and just can't seem to get help. good song.
i think the song is about girls in mag, tv, and movies that are so obsessed and worried with the way they look that they risk there life w/ drugs and disorders (bulimia, anorexia, ect.) to try to satisfy themselves

Ithink it's about the way girls on tv and magazines etc... treat themselves to make themselves thinner, prettier, and become obsessed.
"There is the line and you crossed it i would help you but your to far down." i'm guessing this means that whoever girl he's singing about has crossed the line of obsessed with herself and there's no way to help her, she will always be obsessed with her body.
