Isn't he saying, "hold your tongue?" Anyways, I can totally relate to this song. I think it is about finally being what you wanted to be or on that track despite the fact that others will try and keep you down or keep you from reaching your goals..
pretty good the only thing i find weak is the chorus but the verses & bridge are great :)
