I think it's obvious that this is a song about how much it hurts to see the person you love move on from you while you still haven't moved on from them.
I can relate to that. It has a very catchy hardcore passionate beat, I think. Also, I think when he says: But I can tell those eyes And the emptiness behind them You don’t look so happy to me

He's kind of saying that he thinks she isn't happy with this new guy like she was, or could have been, with him.
It's a great song though. I really love the line "Now you're tattooed on my skin, & my chest is caving in."
yeah he's trying to convince himself that she's confused, and place his emotions onto her, even though who knows? She might be better off without him. He says that she's gonna "wreck everything" without him, even though he's the one that's really wrecking his own life.

idk if a agree on the part about him wrecking his own life, i look at it more like..the girl he loved wanted out of the relationship so she goes and finds a quick fix to try and get over him while he has no one and he doesnt choose to do it like that but instead stands strong and waits it out. like a man of stone
