i love this one, it reminds me of bugging out during a trip.
Vagabond Ballroom is a another saying of he has no where to go or stay. Everywhere he tries to settle- the corruption and other bad stuff just drive him crazy hence everywhere the song says don't go crazy!\
Hence "And windows that look out of all the world's raging."
Er really tired right now but the part with Cobras growing under the glass floors could mean that no one can survive a life of drifting.
