Radiator Lyrics
Goodbye humans
Goodbye earth
I’ve left this place, and all its worth
I am transcending space and time
I’m traveling at the speed of light
Affection, reflection
This is the new direction
Conspiracy is idiocracy
I radiate lights transparency
Generation
Radiation
We are the chosen nation
Hey you, you’re blowing my mind again
Out of my skull
I feel the levitation
I feel my skin crawling off my soul
I feel your radiation
I'll be the radiator, just like you
Radiator, burn it on through
I feel the radiation
Radiate it on me
Hello future
Hello birth
This is your newborn universe
There is no longer wrong or right
We have become a source of light
Conceptual, celestial
We are extraterrestrial
Creator
Vindicator
We are the radiators
Hey you, you’re blowing my mind again
Out of my skull
I feel the levitation
I feel my skin crawling off my soul
I feel your radiation
I'll be the radiator, just like you
Radiator, burn it on through
I'll be the radiator, just like you

This song screams Christianity to me with all of its symbolism.
"We are the chosen nation"-like the Bible verse about being a beacon of a light to the world and a city set on a hill.
"Hey you, you’re blowing my mind again Out of my skull I feel the levitation I feel my skin crawling off my soul I feel your radiation" This is talking about feeling God's love. This could be about going to heaven or just feeling heaven on earth. We can feel God all around us at all times (his radiation) and he lifts us up (levitation).
Then, once you feel God's love, you can shine for the rest of the world. "I'll be the radiator, just like you. Radiator, burn it on through." We are called to be the radiator of love. We are called to be Christ to the world.
hmm..nor sure the true meaning, but i think of it as spreading the word of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ...trying to be like him
idk
someone else got something. haha
p.s: I love Jesus (: hehe
*not
I pretty much took this song s referring to the rapture. The first parts talking about the Christians leaving the earth and going up to be with God (the radiator I'm guessing). & then talking about being in heaven & having a perfect body. But that's just my take on it, I really love this song its one of my favorites!
I think they're talking about not being conformed to the world. It all has to do with Christianity, and yeah, going to heaven. Reaching a place where they no longer have to worry about everything worldly. It just great. And the being extraterrestrial thing proves my point about being not of the world. It also sounds like the baptism of the Holy Spirit where it says " Hello future, hello birth." In other words, they're reborn in Christ. It means a lot of things. I love it.
P.S. I love Jesus too. Haha. :D
I'm pretty sure that this song is about Jesus dying and going to heaven and then shining the light of God through you and clensing your soul. Once you know about God you pass it on to someone else just like a radiator works, the radiation is God spreding all over.
omg! not all of their songs r christian rock! this song is about a generation of ppl being affected by radiation and they leave then come back and every1 r radiators! thus the lines "generation of radiation" and "we are extraterrestrial". not all of their songs r christian rock...they have no genre...thus the Chap Stique quote "Basically. if a bunch of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches got 2gether and formed a band, it would b family force 5."
That has to be the stupidest post I've ever read. Congrats.

i love this band because their lyrics are so open to interpretation. I'm not religious, so I see something different in this song. Someone was telling me that DOD is a concept album about aliens invading and stuff, I think it's just a really sick futuristic song about how intense and bright everyone is in the future and we party with the aliens. bahahahahahaha i don't know.
either way, it's totally bomb that christians have dance music that reflects their values! instead of just slow sappy overly creepy stuff.
i agree with the last sentence.

too many naive people believe that when an artist doesn't use an acoustic guitar or a synthesizer in their songs they don't qualify to be christian or showing any sort of love for God.

its completely ridiculous, and thats precisely why so many conservative christians are so hated and used as a stigma for the rest of us.

I know family force 5 does a lot of party songs without a lot of Christianity or ultradeep meaning. But i feel like this is one where they let their faith speak a little more. I like the concept ppl have brought up about us - the body of Christ - radiating God's love to the world as we bask in the radiation of His love.
Hello. I am relatively new here.. but i think i might know a little bit about what is going on. Anyway.
