This has to be about his addiction and how he wants to break it.. This must be how he felt during the warped tour when UO dropped off the bill
all i can say about this song and the whole new album in general is OH MY GOD. these guys keep getting better. this song is most likely about his addictions taking hold of him, like circus said. and how he wants God to clean him of it all.

I love the way they start out this record. And how this song goes into "Anyone can dig..." soooo hard.
Anyway, this song...like the others...is really dark. Spencer is questioning himself, his friends, and possibly his faith as well. Still, he's reaching out to God.

This the same kind of cry to Christ as Demon Hunter's Infected. Only thru Christ can we be clean of weakness and lostness and dispair. He gives us strength and power to LIVE and love all including our enemies. We prove them (Satan and the demons and the non-believing world) wrong! We the UNDYING will live and love to save the world ! Join us believe in Jesus Christ and call out his name, make him Lord and king and become His knight in the Kingdom to come!

I think this song talks about going crazy, when you get angry, lose control and you behave in a way that don't wanna act, harming your neighbor and you wanna change this behavior and start to do it
by the way... amazing song, and the entire album... simply its great!!
