Agree with everyone that that quote is phenomenal.
The song, to me, is about dwelling on what pains you in life. You try to figure out who you are inside and why different things cause you pain, even looking for others to blame. Eventually, you give up figuring things out and just want to be able to sleep at night. But the conclusion is that that's life, and there will always be problems to face.

a favorite song quote right there. i think it goes well with the "sleep well" theme, cuz he dont wanna fall asleep cuz the daggers stab him then. thats why i cant sleep, the daggers (thoughts that keep occuring) keep me up nights and nights.
