I agree with a lot of this user's ideas, but this is how I would do it:

The one thing I'm not sure about is the "ghostly ???? van Gogh". Doesn't sound like any word I've ever heard. At first I thought I heard "I, Tina" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I,_Tina)
The first lyrics are wrong.
