As I sit here and listen to this on a Sunday morning, I can't help but to feel almost overwhelmed, hearing this song and wishing I was back home and with the ones I love, and not stuck here with this song speaking worlds to me of exact feelings and situations. They say college is the time of your life and the place you find your love......well all I have managed to find with my last semester rolling along is the last two lines of this song, the life I want, with a loving wife and settling down, and the life that seems to be running its course of feeling obsolete and alone.
And, I'm kinda wondering how nobody has found this band and how I managed to be the first comment on a wonderful song.
this song just made everything seem different. not in a bad way. just different. made me feel, like...i don't know...irrational? maybe im being to deep. i loved this song.
No idea how a song as beautiful as this can only have 2 comments (or 3 after I post this). I think the meaning is pretty straight forward. It's about letting down your guard. It's ok for you to cry. It's ok for you to be scared. It's ok for you not to be strong all the time. We're only human.
