I think this song is about an orphan. "Have a nice time thee" could represent his mothers passing, the rest of that verse could just be wishing he could repair what happend, and also, the bicycles and bleeding books may be how she tought him how to ride a bike, and always read books to him. Another shitty summer in a foster earth, hunting for precious moms who will never leave. And the last line, could mean, him and his mom, him and his brother, him and someone he met while in foster care, and he has to seperate from her. Just my 2 cents. Kevin Drew is one of the greatest song writers of our time.
