what an amazing song from the august rush soundtrack
the singer has a love on his mind that he cant stop thinking of. they've separated against their will and he regrets sitting around "watching life pass from the sidelines", knowing that she is still out there. he longs to dream about her or to have anything to remind him of her, and he even considers leaving everything in order to find her again. but he questions if he should because he worries about the wind being at his back, or pushing him away from his life that he has now. the main dilemma is that he is stuck in love and doesn't know what to do about it.
