Would you, could you, would you come out of your lair. If I told you I was a tasty pear. You could fly over me and then you could see that I am the fruit that I told you about. Sometimes I feel like you don't even care that I told you that I was a tasty pear. Do you not believe me, why don't you believe me? I think that I am going to shout. I am a tasty pear.

"My cousin Whitney (age 6) and I were sitting at the Congress St. "bat bridge" in Austin, TX. It's the largest urban bat home in the world. We were waiting for the bats to come out and Whitney was getting impatient with them. She yelled out "I'm a tasty pear" to entice the bats. They didn't come out, and I'm not sure if it's because they knew pears couldn't talk, if they didn't want to eat a pear, or if maybe they just didn't hear her."
