i think this song is dedicated to someone who he truly cares about, but is feeling down and dejected in some way. although he or she wants to just give up, the singer is reminding him or her that they mean something to someone. he wants to give him a reason to stay alive? and keep fighting.
sorta agree, but i think its about having lost someone very close to their heart and not being able to believe it. My friend killed himself and this song makes me cry now. well, thts wat it means for me.
When I saw them live they said that this song was about a friend who died. I'm not sure how he died though. =/
