Take Me to the Witch of the Waste... We Have Much to Discuss Lyrics

The king can keep this war, and Sulliman can save her threats…
Come quickly my Lord, stay my hand.
Learn you place witch… you will learn.
Welcome to your end for so we'll send you home… back to the grim.
We'll send you home, back to the waste… back to the grim.
Tell Sulliman to save her threats. Welcome to your end.

at the part after "The king can keep this war, and Sulliman can save her threats" what are they saying (before he says "Come quickly my Lord") it sounds like the other person says "stay my hand" but what is the other guy saying? is it "retreat, retreat"?

Im pretty darn sure he says "Please take my hand" after "Come quickly my lord" Its one guy you know. I realize he's that amazing.

The title is actually a reference to a fantasy book/movie called Howl's moving castle. The king is summoning all the wizards in the land to fight in a war. Sulliman is a witch attempting to get the wizard How to fight in the war, which he doesn't want to do.
